Providence HIV Treatment Center is committed to treating HIV patients in a manner that supports a normal lifestyle and maintains the highest quality of life as possible.  As such, the Center provides specialized, state-of-the-art and comprehensive healthcare, in one convenient and confidential location.  HIV testing and other lab services, HIV education, infusion therapy, spiritual and psychosocial counseling are all provided on-site.

Our Holistic Approach to Patient Care

Providence HIV Treatment Center promotes a holistic approach to caring for HIV patients and, as appropriate, makes referrals to professionals specializing in:

Providence also maintains that a holistic approach not only more successfully addresses HIV prevention among those at high risk, but also the prevention of HIV-related conditions, including sexuallly transmitted diseases and Hepatitis B and C.

HIV Screening Program

The Providence Hospital HIV Screening Program is a grant-sponsored Health Promotions initiative that has been an integral part of the Emergency Department’s operation since 2009. Over the years the scope of the program has grown, and continues to routinely offer HIV rapid testing in the Emergency Department, as well as several outpatient centers. The core staff of this program are highly trained and experienced Health Promotion Specialist and Patient Navigators, that work closely with departmental management and physicians to ensure optimal continuity of care for our patient population.
