Outpatient Mental Health (OMH) is the most convenient service for the patients with a busy schedule. Patients are able to set their own schedule with their service providers including psychotherapists and psychiatrists. A series of thematic groups are available to assist individuals in improving their coping skills with issues such as stress management, trauma, depression, anxiety and medical illness.

Intensive Outpatient Program
Substance abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a treatment service and support program which assists individuals in sustaining recovery from alcohol and drugs use in a structured intensive outpatient setting. IOP is appropriate for people with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health disorders and substance use disorders who do not require medical detoxification services or residential treatment. Individuals learn coping strategies, relapse prevention skills, social skills and problem solving.
