Informational Sessions and Support Group
Providence invites new and current patients to free informational sessions and support group discussing surgical and medical options including Bariatric Surgery and Adjustable Gastric Banding (LapBand):
3rd Thursday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Ross Auditorium located in St. Catherine's Hall at Providence Hospital 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 2020 St. Joseph Drive, Largo, MD 20774
There, ongoing awareness about nutritional and life-style needs is promoted by connecting participants with a plastic surgeon, nutritionist, and psychologist. In addition, new patients benefit from listening to live testimonials and building a buddy system with others who are sharing the same unique experience.
