Admissions Associates at Carroll Manor are here to answer any questions regarding the admissions process and the nursing home selection process as a whole.

Finance

The Business Office at Carroll Manor can assist with any financial concerns you may have about your or a loved one’s stay at Carroll Manor.  The Business Office is located on the first floor of Carroll Manor and is open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Please call (202)-269-7808.

Resident & Family Council Meetings

Carroll Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center supports both the Family and Resident Council. The Family and Resident Council are organized groups comprised of family members and residents that enable active participation in the decision making process that affects the management of Carroll Manor.

The Family Council meets on the 3rd Sunday of the month and the Resident Council meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. For additional information about the existing Family and Resident Council, please contact the Social Services Manager at (202) 269-7809.
