Physical Therapy Services enable individuals to restore/achieve optimal movement and function and to relieve pain. Through evaluation and treatment programs, the physical therapist can treat individuals with a variety of ailments including: low back and neck pain, arthritis, treatment following joint replacement surgery, slow healing wounds, amputations, balance/gait disorders, and other orthopaedic/athletic injuries.

Occupation Therapy Services enable individuals to achieve independence in their lives despite disabilities. The Occupational Therapist will facilitate, promote, maintain, and enhance performance in activities of daily living skills regardless of physical, developmental, social and emotional problems.
Services include:
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Therapeutic exercises
- Neuromuscular re-education
- Retraining with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, feeding and toileting; home management; and home assessment.
- Assessment, recommendation and training in the use of adaptive devices and durable medical equipment for activities of daily living
- Hand rehabilitation
- Splint fabrication
- Cognitive and perceptual retraining
- Wheelchair management
Speech & Language Pathology & Swallowing Management
These services enable individuals to maximize functional speech, language, cognition & swallowing skills. Services are rendered to patients of all ages who have a range of diagnoses.
Services include evaluation, treatment and education for:
- Motor speech disorders including Dysarthria and Apraxia
- Group therapy for Aphasia
- Evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders with video fluroscopy
- Voice restoration clinic for voice loss due to head and neck cancer vocal abuse and vocal misuse with stroboscopy
- Reading and writing retraining
- Foreign accent modification
- Fluency clinic for stuttering
Obtain a written prescription for evaluation signed by your physician listing:
- Your medical diagnosis;
- The services requested, and
- Frequency and duration of services.
(A new physician prescription will be required every 30 days)

Upon verification of your insurance coverage, claims for services will be submitted to your insurance carrier. You may be responsible for a portion of the bill not covered by your policy.
